November 2019 Update

All HLAMatchmaker programs are in Microsoft Excel format and they consider two groups of epitopes (1) eplets verified experimentally with informative HLA antibodies either by themselves or paired with other residue configurations and (2) the remaining eplets are theoretical considerations, and we do not know which ones will be antibody-verified. The International HLA Epitope Registry has lists of such eplets together with so-called ElliPro scores as possible indicators of immunogenicity

We have recently developed Version 3.0 HLAMatchmaker antibody analysis programs; they include updated antibody-verified eplet repertoires and there are additional features to analyze complex reactivity patterns..

The following Excel programs can be downloaded:

ABC antibody analysis with Acceptable Mismatch Determinations v3.1 (62 MB)
ABC antibody analysis, short version: just Eplet Analysis v3.1 (2 MB)
DRDQDP Analysis and Mismatch Acceptability v3.0 (21 MB)

The following tutorials for version 3.0 can be downloaded:

ABC AB Analysis Tutorial v3.0
ABC AB Analysis Demo v3.0
DRDQDP Analysis Tutorial v3.0
DRDQDP Analysis Demo v3.0

Two programs are for HLA matching at the eplet level. They use modified eplet repertoires that avoid similar overlapping sequences and they can be used for a single donor-recipient combination or a meta-analysis of up to 1000 combinations. The data provide quantitative (eplet loads) and qualitative information about antibody-verified and theoretically predicted epitopes. These programs will be updated soon.
